Refund Policy

Due to non-recoverable costs, each registration includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. Given two weeks notice, we will refund the remainder of your registration. We will not provide any refund with less than two weeks notice. Exchange of equal value is possible, subject to availability.

Step 2:  Register

A) Online Registration (April 2, 2012 - 9:00 am)

To register online, complete secure online form here. Please note that camper information must be entered completely before the camp offering drop down menu is visible. Complete one online form per child.

B) In Person (April 2, 2012)

Bring in a completed registration form to our Registration Office located in the Engineering Lab Wing Building, Room A110. Need directions? Visit our Contact Us page.

  • Registration Hours: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Holiday Closures: April 6 & 9, 2012

Cheque and credit card are accepted. Payment is required to secure a spot.

C) By Mail (April 2, 2012)

Download paper registration. Please include a cheque made payable to "Science Venture" and mail completed form to:

Step 3:  Confirmation

Once your camp registration has been processed, you will receive an invoice indicating that your camp selection has been processed and approved.

Where can I find information about parking, camp policies, and maps?

All the information you will need for summer camps is available in our Science Venture Camper's Package.

Do you offer extended hours?

Our extended hours provides parents early drop-off (8:00 am) and late pick-up (5:00 pm) for $25.  This can be added at the time of registration.
